Chocolate Granola Trifle

A wonderfully chocolatey dessert creation for all of those who like their recipes quick and easy. Featured by the delicious Verival Chocolate Granola that gives this dream of a dessert the perfect little crunch.

  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 150 g white chocolate
  • 125 g soft toffees
  • 200 g Verival Chocolate Granola
  • some milk


  1. First, roughly cut the white chocolate, slowly melt it a water bath and allow it to cool.

  2. In a pot, slowly melt the toffees with milk until you have a beautiful caramel sauce.

  3. Beat the whipped cream until stiff.

  4. In a bowl, mix the cooled chocolate with the cream cheese and fold in the whipped cream.

  5. Fill the glasses with alternating a layer of Verival Chocolate Granola, caramel sauce and white chocolate cream and place in the refrigerator to cool for at least 30 minutes.
